Romy Bracelet

Silver-tone jewelry is where I have been burned the most, because it goes that flat grey almost immediately and no amount of polishing brings it back. I bought this one honestly expecting a month or two out of it. It has now been on my wrist near daily since the third week of February and there is not one dark link or dulled edge anywhere. Hand cream, soap and sanitizer land on it constantly and none of it has left a mark. I have never once cleaned or polished it. It still has the same crisp shine it came with.

I made a rule with this one that I would not baby it, so it goes into the shower with me every single morning and has since the first week of March. Roughly four months of hot water, soap and shampoo running over every ribbed link, and there is not a single water spot or cloudy patch. I also wore it through a week at the coast with daily ocean swims and outdoor rinses. The silver tone came home identical and the elastic dried out fine every time. Genuinely nothing about water bothers this bracelet.

Most silver-tone pieces leave a grey smudge on my skin within an hour and then an itchy patch by evening, so I had given up on wide bracelets entirely. This one has been on my wrist almost every day since the start of March and my skin has stayed completely clean and calm underneath. No grey marks, no rash, no itching even after long humid days when I sweat under it. The inside surface is smooth so nothing rubs or pinches either. It is the first substantial silver bracelet I have been able to wear daily.

The silver tone is excellent and it has stayed bright. It is noticeably wider on my wrist than the listing images suggested. I like it, but it is more of a statement than I planned.

It gets tossed in with keys and weights every day. Five months of that and the surface is still unmarked.

Beautiful bright finish and I get comments on it constantly. It is polished enough that fingerprints show up after handling, so I give it a quick wipe before going out.
