First studs my ears never noticed

I have very reactive lobes and normally anything but titanium leaves me sore and swollen inside a day. These went in in April and I genuinely forgot about them. No itching, no redness, nothing weeping, even after weeks of sleeping in them. Because they are so tiny and flat the backs do not dig in on a pillow at all. Sweaty workouts have not caused any burning either. My piercings look calmer than they have in years.

Tiny suns went swimming all spring

I swim four mornings a week and these have been in for every session since March. Chlorine has not clouded the crystal in the middle at all, which was the thing I was most worried about. The little rays around it are still bright with no dull patches. They also came on a beach weekend with a lot of salt water and sunscreen and came home unchanged. I never take them out, not for water and not for bed. Four months and they still look exactly like the day they arrived.

Three and a half months of essentially uninterrupted wear and there has been no color change at all. That covers daily showers, perfume sprayed straight over them, hairspray and a lot of sweat.
