Crystal Duo Bracelet

This has been in more water than most of my swimsuits. Ocean days on two trips, the neighborhood pool three or four times a week, plus a shower every single morning without ever taking it off. I genuinely never dry it, I just leave it on my wrist and let it sort itself out. The crystals have not fogged and the band underneath has not spotted anywhere, including under the stones where water sits. I did the same thing to a sparkly bracelet last year and it was ruined by June, so I was fully prepared to lose this one. Instead it looks like it came out of the box yesterday.

I have a genuine nickel allergy and most costume jewelry leaves me with a red welt within an hour or two. I bought this half expecting to gift it away and instead it has been on my wrist almost daily since March. Not a single flare up, not even under the wider two-tone section where it sits against my skin all day. I have worn it overnight, wet from the shower and through sweaty workouts, which is usually the fastest way to set my skin off. The stretch fit helps because it never digs into one spot the way a clasped bracelet does. Finding something with actual sparkle that I can wear this comfortably almost never happens for me.

The area right around set stones is where every cheap bracelet I have owned goes black first, so that is exactly what I watched. It has been on my wrist daily since late February and there is not a trace of it. I work retail and my hands are in and out of water and sanitizer all shift, plus I have never once taken it off to clean or dry it. Both the gold and the silver sections are still the original tone with no dark shadowing in the settings or on the underside. My mother borrowed it for a weekend and gave it back convinced it was fine jewelry. Nothing about it has aged in five months.

The crystal row genuinely glitters and the two-tone band is prettier in person. The stones do pick up hand cream and lose a bit of fire until I wipe them, which is my only small gripe.

Twelve hour shifts with sanitizer every few minutes and this has not clouded or dulled. The stones still catch the overhead lights. Months in and it looks untouched.

Three days straight including sleeping in it and my wrist was perfectly happy. No pressure line, no soreness.
